(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Oct. 13. Another 150 recommendations of the National Development Conference had been acted on by various Cabinet ministers, the Prime Minister (Mr Holyoake) said tonight. He said that Cabinet today had a dozen papers before it from different ministers on the implementation of conference recommendations. “Sixteen papers were before us last week,” he said. These 150 recommendations were in addition to the 71 recommendations which the national development council had already accepted as having been dealt with by the Government The conference, held earlier this year, produced 667 proposals dealing with vanous sectors of the economy.
