392 Apply For Capitalisation (N.g Press Association) WELLINGTON, Oct. 13. Nearly 400 applications for capitalisation of the family benefit to buy existing dwellings were received in the first three weeks in which the Family Benefits (Home Ownership) Amendment Act was in force. The act became effective on September 11, and by September 30 392 applications had been- received, it was stated in Wellington.
