McCormick Injured
The All Black, W. F. MeConnick, suffered a painful Injury while playing cricket far Kaiapoi senior A against Oxford in the Ashley cricket competition on Saturday. Attempting a difficult catch off his own bowling, McCormick had a finger split and dislocated. He remarked ruefully that such things had not happened to him on the Rugby field.
