Eleven women and two men have been named by President Nixon to serve on his Task Force on Women’s Rights and Responsibilities. The task force, announced early this month, would review the status of women in American society and recommend what might be done to advance their opportunities, the White House said.

The chairman is Virginia R. , Allan, executive vice-president of a Michigan drug store chain. She also is former president of the National Federation of Business and Professional Women’s Clubs.
