Greyhound Qualifies
Ironside (P. Hall) qualified for the New Zealand final of the 916,000 New South Wales St Leger greyhound racing event when he beat the favourite. Satin King, in the South Island qualifying heat. Should Ironside win the national final at Auckland next Sunday he will travel to Australia early in December to contest the semi-finals of the New South Wales St Leger.
