Drought Predicted
A warning that Britain is probably heading for its worst drought of the century has been given by a long-range weather forecaster, Mr Cecil Tibbitt, who has made accurate predictions in the past He says that from the end of November until the end of March there will be no more than 2in of rain, and that a very fine, dry summer will follow.—London, October 7.
