PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given tbat the Kaiapoi Borough Council acting as the Waimakariri Harbour Board has granted permission for the Christchurch Water Sports Club (Inc.) to use the area of the Waimakariri River outside the limits of the Lagoon for boats turning in the course of the boat and skier marathon for the period 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sunday, October 5, 1969.
