Mr Muldoon’s Substitute
CN.Z. Pregg Association) WELLINGTON, Sept. 19. The Minister of Agriculture (Mr Taiboys) will act as Minister of Finance during the absence overseas of Mr Muldoon, the Acting Prime Minister (Mr Marshall) said today. Mr Muldoon will leave New Zealand on Sunday to attend the annual Commonwealth Finance Ministers’ meeting at Barbados, and the annual meetings of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank in Washington.
