'From Our Own Reporter) GREYMOUTH. Jackpets wiM be introduced to CM West Coast this season. The Greymouth, Reefton. and Westport Trotting Clubs held a meeting during the week-end and it was agreed to run a jackpet. However, final details have not yet been resolved as the Melson and Marlborough Trotting Clubs have expressed an Interest The meeting decided to put a proposal to the two northern club* that a jackpot start at the Greyraoutb Trotting Club’s meeting on Monday, October 20, and terminate at the Marl™ectin* orr Monda ?' If accepted this will mean that the jackpot will run for 12 day* covering five at Greymouth, twe each at Melson, Mart borough and Waatport and one at Beef ton.
