OVERSEAS SALES
SYDNEY
The market declined sharply yesterday morning, and despite a slight rally in late trading, especially among the leading issues, all sectors finished well down on.the day. Nickel stocks Which had recently been moving well, were among the heaviest losers In the mining. Once again gains ware hard to find in the oils. Industrials were not as weak as oils and mining, but losses were nevertheless widespread. B.H.P. fell 20c to 1425 and C.S.B. slid further down with a 14c fall to 662. The market was weak but steadying at the close.
