i The Japanese industrial firm of Mitsubishi has ;*nnounced that it plana to, join with Chrysler to set up a! 'new company to m*nufac-[ iture a new 360c.c. vehicle [called the Minica. The car ■wilt be powered by a twocylinder two-stroke engine 'producing about 28 b.h.p., front-mounted and driving the rear wheels.
