TIM PARNELL has been appointed the new team manager and works manager of B.R.M., it has been announced in Britain. Parnell managed the B.R.M. team which competed in New Zealand and Australia in the 1968 Tasman series, and in Britain he has run an “auxillary” works team intended to train promising drivers far the main team.
