Property Sold
A four bedroom weatherboard home on a 27 perch and a half corner section at 119 Bealey Avenue was sold at public auction for $9250 yesterday. The Government valuation is $7050. With frontages on Bealey Avenue, 86 links, and on Durham Street, 200 links, the property was offered by N. H. McCrostie and Company. The auctioneer was Mr M. H. McCrostie. A sale of furniture was held on the site after the auction of the property.
