SKI CLUB REPORTS
The snow report issued yesterday by the Canterbury Ski Association is:— Temple Basin.—Snow fall Sin Thursday; three tows operating; goods lift Saturday mornin Mbunt Cheesman. Powder snow fall Sin Wednesday night; snow level 3000 ft; road open, chains necessary; three tows operating. Porter Heights.—New snow, ski-ing excellent; road open to car-park, chains advised: all tows operating, hire shop and ski school also.
Cralgieburn Valley—New snow Thursday; road clear to bottom tow, chains advised; all four tows operating; ski-ing over entire field. Ball Hutt.—Six inches of fresh snow on Wednesday; tow and
ski school operating; chains advised. North Canterbury Ski Club.— Snow fell Wednesday night, more snow than last week; skiable level 3800 ft, tows operating; road open, chains advised.
