Forecast: Canterbury, Marlborough and Nelson.— South-westerlies fresh at times about coastal areas of Canterbury, otherwise winds light or moderate and variable; fine; moderate day temperatures. Buller and Westland.— Partly cloudy; scattered brief showers; moderate easterly winds; continuing cool. Outlook: some rain on the West Coast; mainly fine in the east.
