POLWARTH RAM.—An Australian Polwarth ram, Ming E 3048, which has been imported this year. There has been a recent upsurge of interest in the breed in New Zealand, with several farmers now engaged in breeding the sheen. The Polwarth Sheep Breeders’ Association of New Zealand was also formed at the end of last year.
