AIRLINE PAY DISPUTE

Date Set For Hearing

(N.Z. Pritt Attociation)

WELLINGTON, July 4.

The dispute over salary scales for A;r New Zealand pilots will be heard by a conciliation commission in Wellington on Monday week. The chairman of the commission will be Mr J. T. Watts, a former Minister of Finance.

The Airline Pilots Association and Air New Zealand will each nominate two members.

Air New Zealand pilots are seeking the same salary scales as Qantas pilots, who, they say, fly the same aircraft over the same routes for more money.
