New Brighton Officers
All officers, with the exception of stewards, were reelected unopposed at the annual meeting of the New Brighton Trotting Club’s annual meeting yesterday.
The re-elected officers are:— President, Mr J. E. Prendergast; vice-president, Mr J. R. Hartley; honorary treasurer, Mr A. G. Jamieson; committee, Messrs H. E. Cook, G. N. Hammett, O. Hutchinson, A. E. Laing, Alex McDonald, H. D. Smith, W. F. Stark, B. J. Wilks.
The successful candidates for 15 vacancies as stewards:— Messrs F. L. Donnelly, W. J. Francis. G. N. Hammett. T. W. Husband. W. K. Lochhead. J. V. McCormack, N. C. Dickey, A. F. McDonald. G. S. McHerron, M. W. Mills, E. Osborne, K. R. Smith. B. J. Wilks. B. B. Woods.
