Crane Lost From Wreck

(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, July 3.

A crane, worth $15,000, on the bow section of the Wahine toppled on to the seabed last night. Owned by Wilkins and Davies, Ltd, it was installed about 12 months ago io remove cars and heavy equipment from the ship. A spokesman for the firm said that it had not been removed since the wreck split in three because of its inaccessibility.
