Mr A. W. Mann, chairman of the finance committee of the college’s board of governors, said last even- . ing that the building was being financed by mortgage and debenture money. The other two buildings were
in the medium to longterm building programme, he said. As well as accommodation for boarders and staff they would include a diningroom, a sick room and other facilities.
