Denial By Australia (N.Z.P.A.-Benter—Copi/rioht) NEW YORK, July 2. Australia has told the United Nations Special Committee on Apartheid that she had not been approached by South Africa about the possible creation of a military alliance of the Southern Hemisphere countries.
