Discussions On Limits <N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, July 1. The Secretary of Marine (Mr R. N. Kerr) said today the talks would take place at the federation’s conference in August; “It has been suggested by some of the people operating at the Chathams that the limit has been reached as to the number of boats which can be sheltered at the various anchorages in extreme weather,” he said.
