A. B. Consol. Rises to 55%
A.B. Consolidated, Ltd, the Christchurch - based biscuit and confectionery group, has increased its ordinary dividend for the first time since the company was formed through the Aulsebrook-By-croft merger in 1961. Final ordinary dividend is 3 per cent, lifting the annual rate from 5 to 5i per cent Preference dividend remains at 5i per cent with a 2} per cent final—both dividends payable July 25.
