<N.Z. Pres« Association; TAURANGA, June 18. A record wharf occupancy at Mount Ifaunganui was established today when 11 ships, of a total length of 4865 feet, were berthed. The length of wharf available is 4940 feet, which meant that the average distance between ships was only 7ft 6in. The record number of ships berthed is 12, a figure which has been reached on a number of occasions, the latest having been last Thursday.
