‘Britannia’ Out
The 8.8. C. has dropped |wo stalwarts—“ Rule Britannia” and “Land of Hope and Glory"—from the final night of its Prom concerts this year. The move has drawn protests from the Promenade Circle, but a 8.8. C. official said; “Times change."
