The house (has two bedrooms and is on la corner section of 20.4 perches. The Government valuation is 55400. The auc tioneer was Mr D. Chapman of Ford and Hadfield. Ltd. Th< other house, at 127 Edge ware Road. was passet in at $6400. It is a roughcas bungalow with two bedroom: and is on a corner section ol 14.9 perches. The Govern ment valuation is $4950. Mi L. G. Jones, of C. E. Jones. Ltd, was the auctioneer.
