Creditors’ Meeting
At a meeting of creditors yesterday it was stated that $8832.01 was owed to Dine unsecured creditors by Kevin Lawrence King, aged 32, of Christchurch Prison, Rolleston.
He was formerly an accountant with Pickles, Perkins and McAllister, Greymouth. He had no assets and his deficiency was $8832.01. The Official Assignee (Mr J. B. K. Curran) adjourned the meeting sine die for lack of a quorum. King, who has a wife and four children, gave as his reasons for his problems, “an inability to pay his liabilities.”
