Conviction Upheld
An appeal against conviction in the Christchurch Magistrate’s Court by John Gordon Wallace, aged 29, a taxi driver (Mr M. J. Glue), on a charge of assault was dismissed by Mr Justice Wilson in the Supreme Court yesterday. Mr N. W. Williamson appeared for the Crown.
