Decrees nisi on the following undefended petitions in divorce were granted by Mr Justice Wilson in the Supreme Court yesterday:— Separation agreement: Lois Pamela Henderson (Mr L. M. O’Reilly) v. William Robert Henderson, a metal worker; Thelma Lulu Josland (Mr J. A. Bretherton) v. Cyril Browne Josland, a clerk; William Blackie, hotelkeeper (Mr G. M. Alexander), v. Ngaire Otago Blackie; Kenneth Roy Rogers, a rubber worker (Mr J. W. Dalmer), v. Wendy Ann Rogers, of England (Mr B. J. Drake); Jocelyn Dawn Tindall (Mr Drake) v. Milton Grattan Tindall, company manager. Living apart: Laurel Rewa Stewart (Mr Dalmer) v. Leslie Todd Stewart, clothing examiner.
Adultery: Ronald Victor Hutchinson-Green, restaurant proprietor (Mr P. G. Hill), v. Patricia Lillian HutchinsonGreen and James Lawrence, a civil servant; Joseph Dominic Doyle, an airman (Mr J. M. Wilson), v. Mary Joan Arnold, previously known as Mary Joan Doyle, and Ashley Ronald Arnold, a nurseryman.
