(New Zealand Press Association)
WELLINGTON.
Five Canterbury players have been named in the teams for the final New Zealand soccer trial at Wellington on Sunday, two of them in the reserves.
They are K. France, D. Phillips, G. Davies, O. Nuttridge, and A. Gowans. Because air services to Wellington were disrupted yesterday the match between the Central League and Northern League, which was considered a New Zealand trial, was cancelled. With the airport closed, the Northern League team could not get to Wellington on its scheduled morning flight. Cowie, chairman of the New Zealand Football Association, are:—
(Northern), D. Wallace (Central, captain), A. Milne (Central), S. Boyland (Central). D. Taylor (Northern), P. Breslin (Central), S. Bruce (Central).

The reserves for both teams are:—D. Nuttridge (Southern), D. Mack (Northern), B. Duncan (Southern), R. Neilson (Southern), A. Gowans (Southern), I. Sim (Central), M. Bland (Central), W. de Graaf (Northern).-
