NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ashley County Council proposes at its meeting to be held on the Sth day ot June, 1969, to consider a Motion to apply to the Local Authorities Loans Board for its sanction to the BORROWING OF THE SUM OF 897,008 for the Purpose of Providing a Rural Water Scheme in the County of Ashley. The security for the loan shall be a Special Rate of decimal zero—five cents (.05 cents) in the dollar (3) on the Capital Rateable Value of all property tn the North, South, and Loburn-Whiterock Ridings of the County of Ashley. It Is not proposed to levy or collect this Special Rate as the loan charges will be met from the uniform charge made in respect of each unit of supply.
