Please do not send cash. 3774 1969 TAX RETURNS YOU SHOULD FURNISH A RETURN FOR THE •: YEAR ENDED MARCH 31, 1969, IF- • You think you may be entitled to a refund of tax deductions. • Your income from salary, wages, superannuation was over $2600. • Your income included Withholding Payments. • You paid provisional tax for the year ended March 31, 1969. • Your income was from rent, interest, company dividends, universal superannuation, royalties, business, farming, or a share in an estate, trust or partnership. However, a return need not be made if the total income was not more than: $936 from employment, dividends, superannuation (including universal), or $2OB from employment, net rents, and interest after the $6O interest exemption. FORM TO USE INDIVIDUALS—with salary, wages, superannuation not universal, and no other income, or not more than $2OO from dividends, net rents and interest, after the $6O interest exemption—use green form IRS. Due by June 7,1969. In other cases use black form IR3. PARTNERSHIPS—use black form IR3. COMPANIES AND CLUBS—use blue form IR4. ESTATES AND TRUSTS—use red form IRSA.
