Pmw A..ocialtw ' 3 WFTT.INC.TON. Wright, Stephentontad Company, Ltd; is to offer a naw issue of prior lien debenture stock for public subscription, the chairman (Sir Clifford Pllmmer) said in a preliminary announcement today. The company will be offering a range of terms from three to 15 years and the issue will include provision for the conversion of existing debenture stock, which matures on August 31, this year, Total shareholders’ funds of the Wright, Stephenson*group now exceed s3om tad the main purpose of the Issue, Sir Clifford said, was to continue the general expansion of the group’s activities. It is planned to open the issue early in June when full details will be announced.
