Also shown are the Union Steam Ship Company’s tug Taioma (left), the pilot launch Tiakina, and the salvage vessel Holmpark. Hie missing stern section of the Wahine was later located by the pilot launch, and about the same time the aircraft reported that the harbour entrance was clear.
