TECHNICAL CENTRE
A new technical centre is being established in Coventry by Rootes Motors, Ltd, at a cost of $8 million. The design and development of Rootes vehicles will be undertaken at the centre, which will also work on vehicle safetly, noise abatement, and air pollution. The site covers 187 acres, and indudes 470,000 I»q. ft of buildings. ,'J_
