RESERVED DECISION
(N.Z. Preas Aaaociation) AUCKLAND, May 7. Decision was reserved by Mr Justice Speight in the Supreme Court at Auckland today in appeals brought by William John Crutchley and Censored Publications, Ltd. Cfutchley, aged 32, a newspaper editor, had been sentenced to gaol for one month on five charges of selling indecent documents, five editions bf the newspaper "Censored," and the company was fined $lOO on each of the five charges, by Mr J. H. Murray, S.M., in the Auckland Magistrate’s Court.
