(N.Z. frets Association) AUCKLAND, May 8. Motor Specialities, Ltd, Auckland, ha* raised slm by a private placement of debentures. Most are for a 20-year term. The interest rate is 7 per cent. On June 30 last, the companyhad term liabilities of $1,608,478 and shareholders’ funds of $4,924,352.
