Student Blocks Traffic
(N.Z. Press Association). AUCKLAND, May 8. A 21-year-old student who sat in the middle of Alfred Street yesterday and refused to move when warned three times by police was fined $2O by Mr J. R. Drummond, S.M., today. David John Reid admitted a charge of disorderly behaviour. Sergeant T. B. Wallace said Reid sat in the middle of the street with a group of other students. Traffic was held up.
