SPORTS DAY AT C.B.H.S.
Encouraged by the success of two previous ventures, the Christchurch Boys’ High School Old Boys’ Association will hold a winter sports day at the school grounds in Straven Road tomorrow.
Old Boys and school teams in three sports—Rugby, soccer and hockey—will play their Saturday competition matches on the school grounds. Although the ; school’s first XV will not be in action, the Old Boys’ senior Rugby team will play Albion.
Eleven Old Boys Rugby teams, two soccer teams and three hockey sides will be in action, as well as a number of school teams.
