SCHOOL FOR UMPIRES
A coaching school In womens’ hockey for graded umpires and player-umpires will be held in Christchurch this week-end by Mrs A. Gooder, of Auckland. She has managed several New Zealand teams on overseas tours and at present is a member of the interpretations committee on women's hockey rules. The school will be held at Hagley Park on Saturday at 9.30 a.m. and '4.30 p.m., and Sunday at 10 a.m. and 1.30 p.m.
