Property Sold
A property of 15 acres and seven perches at the comer of Marshland and Mairehau Roads was sold for $6600 at auction yesterday.
The Government valuation is $7lOO but this includes improvements valued at $lB5O and since demolished.
The property, described as market garden land, was offered for sale by Ford and Hadfield, Ltd, on behalf of an estate. The auctioneer was Mr D. O. Chapman.
