Sir, —As an Ulsterman. I deplore the lack there of the civilised human right, one man one vote; and 1 am I amazed that this default should now exist in Europe. Such a situation is asking for lt is a wonder that violent opposition has not flared up before.—Yours, etc., SETH NEWELL. April 29, 1969.
