Moulded Biscuit Trays
Vacuum-formed PVC trays produced by Plastic Products, Ltd, are used to pack chocolate walnut ereams at the Christchurch factory of Aulsebrook and Company, Ltd. PVC trays play a major role in the packaging of many of the 400 biscuit and con. fectionery lines marketed by the firm. Since introducing the trays, Aulsebrooks have begun exporting some of their specialised biscuit lines to Australia and the Pacific Islands. Manufactured at Plastic Products’ Wellington factory, the trays are marketed in the South Island from the company’s new Christchurch plant. The sheet from which the trays are made is produced by an associated company, Alex Harvey Industries. Ltd (Plastic Sheetings Divi-' sion). at Otara, Auckland.
