The Dominion president, Mrs C, Crawford, presented 18 members with life membership badges at the thirtyfirst birthday party of the Christchurch Central Townswomen’s Guild. Recipients Included Mrs R. H. Smith, who formed the guild; Mrs Lawrence Wilson and Mrs D. L. Agnew, past presidents; and Mrs H. J. Blick, president
Other long-service members are Mesdames N. Buchanan, E. Elliot, F. Fuldseth, W. Hammond, E. Home, E. Leslie, C. Leeming, M. M. MeGeorge, A. L. Maclachlan, M. Newton, E. Radford, E.l Tasker. W. Turner, and E. Waters.
