MOSTYN-LOT 131
WILL be offered at Addington Showgrounds on Friday, March 21, by his breeder, Mr G. F. Middleton, Rakaia.
A half-brother to Laplander (2.8 3-5, Ilf., T.; 7 wins, 20 places to date including W.T.C. February and Evans Bay Handicaps, this season) and to Idle Fancy (2.11, Itm), impressive winner Leonard Memorial Stakes—for two-year-old fillies at Cheviot last Saturday.
Mostyn was placed second in 1967 N.Z. Golden Slipper Stakes, and privately timed to run his last mile in 2.10 during this race.
Mostyn was gelded at the end of last season and has not raced since. He is now in light work and is being sold by his breeder who has too many horses. Advt.
