Wigs and hair-pieces are particularly useful for the woman of over 35 with problem hair. Not only men go thin on top. Even if your hair is pepper and salt, tinted an unusual degree of auburn or if it is grey, there is a hair-piece that will exactly match the shade. Modem hair-pieces need no skill In putting them in place, and “instant” glamour, as one celebrated wigmaker put it, is easy to achieve without a visit to the hairdresser. If you are worried that people will know you are wearing a false hair-piece, do not be. Properly applied, it will be impossible to detect.}
