Squires Has Snooker Lead
(N.Z. Press Association) SYDNEY. N. Squires is leading by 12 frames to six after yesterday’s third session of the Australian professional match-play snooker championship. Squires, aged 60, was New Zealand champion for three years before going to Australia in 1935. He has been Australian snooker champion for 10 years.
