Detention For Ticket Theft

AUCKLAND, Feb. 25. A youth who burgled the Henderson railway station on February 9 and stole tickets worth 83147.28 and $7.15 cash was today sentenced to four months periodic detention. Kenneth George William Clark, aged 19, an apprentice wigmaker, last week pleaded guilty to the burglary. Mr A. A. Coates, S.M., decl’ned to suppress Clark’s name. He also placed him on probation for 16 months.
