(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—-Copyright) SYDNEY, Feb. 24. All trains in New South Wales will stop for 24 hours from midnight tonight, an official spokesman for the Railways Department said today. The strike is expected to extend across the nation, making it the third rail strike to cripple the country this year. The acting state president of . the Australian Railways Union (Mr M. Milheron), said each state would operate its strike action to its own plan, in support of a wage claim.
