‘HUMAN ERROR’

(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright)

MELBOURNE, Feb. 7.

P. Rogan) said tonight. The signalling equipment had been tested this morning immediately after the crash and was found to be in order, he said. “But the points at the Melbourne end of the siding had been run through and damaged by the locomotive of the Southern Aurora,” Mr Rogan said.
